The Good Practices in Digital Teaching and Learning Symposium will be held on 12th December 2023 from 9:45 a.m. – 4:30 p.m. in RLG208, Research Complex, Hong Kong Shue Yan University.

This symposium is graciously supported by the QESS project, titled "Development of Online Teaching, Learning, and Assessment Solutions" (T01/QESS/2020). The primary objective of this symposium is to facilitate knowledge exchange and the dissemination of good practices among higher education institutions in the dynamic realm of digital teaching and learning.

It will comprise a keynote speech on the impacts of AI advancement on higher-education by Prof KONG Siu Cheung, a highly reputable scholar in the areas of digital competence education, AI literacy, and various forms of technology-enhanced pedagogies, from The Education University of Hong Kong, two panel discussions focusing on gamification and extended reality (XR), and a showcase session of the tools and courseware developed in the project for digital teaching in the higher-education sector.
